The Canadian Classic Cutting Board is a timeless celebration of craftsmanship, sustainability, and natural beauty. Each board is made from a carefully balanced blend of maple, cherry, and walnut—three classic hardwoods chosen for their contrast, durability, and knife-friendly performance.

While every board always features these three woods, the layout and grain pattern will naturally vary. This is intentional. Each piece is crafted using repurposed offcuts from our furniture production, allowing beautiful material that would otherwise be unused to take on a second life. The result is a one-of-a-kind board with its own character, rhythm, and story.

Finished with 100% all-natural MCT oil, the surface is food-safe, nourishing to the wood, and naturally antimicrobial. The finish protects while allowing the board to breathe and age gracefully over time.
